Project overview

For DJ Luckyboy in Frenštát pod Radhoštěm, we designed the lighting for a private automotive space combining a workshop, garage, car gallery and relaxation area. As the interior is divided into several sections, each received its own lighting design. The lighting clearly separates the zones while giving each one its own character.

In the workshop, we used hexagonal lighting arrangements complemented by wall lights to illuminate the vehicles from above and from the sides. We approached the display spaces as a car gallery, with a different geometric composition in each room, including the HEXAGON X + RGB arrangement from our online shop. In the relaxation area with a racing simulator, a lighting arrangement coordinated with the Japanese-inspired interior and subtle RGB accents completes the design.

• Functional hexagonal and wall lighting for the workshop
• Different geometric lighting compositions for each gallery section
• HEXAGON X + RGB arrangement and subtle RGB accents in the relaxation room

Project overview

For a detailing garage in Červená Voda, we designed functional lighting using the ready-made 2 HEX and 5 HEX arrangements from our online shop. The layout had to accommodate a complex ceiling with beams, garage-door tracks and motors. Instead of one continuous lighting area, we divided the installation into several separate sections, using the available ceiling space to illuminate the working area evenly.

The ceiling hexagons are complemented by linear lighting on the side walls. This directs light onto the sides of the car, reduces shadows and makes it easier to inspect the surface during washing, polishing and other detailing work. The entire installation uses a 6,500 K colour temperature for clean, high-contrast and precise task lighting.

• 2 HEX and 5 HEX arrangements positioned to fit the ceiling layout
• Several separate lighting sections clear of garage-door tracks and motors
• Linear side lighting for better illumination of the car body
